T. Brian Jones is an engineer and serial entrepreneur with experience launching, leading, and exiting technology companies across manufacturing, global data, and advertising technology. He finds great joy in business leadership and cultural development, executive engineering and organizational design, constant learning, educating cross-disciplinary teams, formulating and promoting strategy and vision across departments, inspiring via clear and purposeful direction, promoting an environment of continuous and achievable improvement, and developing and growing teams, managers, and leaders.
He currently leads Engineering for Dun & Bradstreet's Digital Audience division, which is responsible for Programmatic Advertising and Digital Identity across the company. Previously he served as the CEO and Founder of Industrial Interface, Inc., which developed the most complete source of US manufacturing data in the world, and CTO of NetWise, which produced the most accurate B2B2C identity file in AdTech, representing 28M businesses and 100M professionals.
Jones is also deeply passionate about the intersection of science and philosophy, a theme that has been central to his work as host and producer of the Zengineering Podcast. This platform reflects his exploration of the convergence of science, technology, engineering, art, and spirituality. At CIHS, his goal is to foster an educational environment where these disciplines interact, nurturing innovation and critical thinking around life's big questions.
