ONLINE APPLICATION
To apply to any of academic degree programs, please complete the online application below and upload all the required supporting documents. According to Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 41201, U.S. applicants are required to provide their Social Security number when filling out the Admission Application Form. The Social Security number is used to help CIHS verify student records, including academic transcripts.

We are currently accepting applications for the Summer (July) 2024 Quarter which starts on July 8, 2024. Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible and not delay their application submissions till the last minute.

State Authorization Admission Information: CIHS has recently received permanent approval from our accrediting body, WSCUC, to offer all of our B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. programs through the distance education online modality. This means that our undergraduate and graduate level programs are approved and actively accessible to both On-Site (in-person) and Distance Education (online). As such, CIHS is authorized by the state to deliver distance education through online modality to residents of the following list of states and is currently accepting new students who reside in any of those 29 states and those residing outside the United States:
AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, KY, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, and all students residing outside the USA.
