Dr. Gallich is an accomplished financial professional with over 30 years of experience in a variety of executive roles, including CFO, Financial Controller, Director of Finance, and Auditor. She currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Bursar at CIHS. Her areas of expertise include accounting and compliance, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial analytics, auditing, insurance, payroll, ERP conversion, Board engagement, and risk management. Her advanced financial and business acumen allows her to identify and remediate areas in need of improvement while implementing innovative solutions to maximize efficiency. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to build strong financial organizations and provide insightful recommendations to support decision-making.

As a founder and CEO of a management consulting firm based in San Diego, California, Dr. Gallich provides expert solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large organizations. As a consulting CFO, she helps clients achieve consistent growth and profitability through human capital development, financial performance analysis, process optimization, and strategic plan design. Her industry experience encompasses, healthcare, public accounting, charitable organizations, government, engineering, construction, manufacturing, retail and wholesale, and telecommunications. Dr. Gallich has a reputation for integrity and is esteemed by business leaders for her ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and rationalized manner.

Dr. Gallich is a highly educated professional, fluent in Russian, with numerous merit awards and full academic scholarships from her college years. She has received recognition for her contributions to the accounting profession with the “People Make the Difference” award from the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds the Certificate of CFO ranking on the top 10% and the Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership. She is also a member of the International Society for Organization Development and Change. Her research interest include personal development and leadership, technostress, and organizational phsychology.

Dr. Gallich served on several board of directors as a treasurer and currently serves as the finance committee chair on the board of directors of La Costa Real Association in California. Dr. Gallich’s unique combination of financial expertise, leadership skills, psychology and commitment to ongoing education has earned her the trust of business leaders.
