Discover the healing elements of sound and how to use them for self-care, groups and individual sessions: Rhythm for the body; Melody for the heart; Harmony for the soul; and Silence for the mind.  Learn to facilitate sound healing for individuals and groups.  Find your power song.  Learn the four element sounds on frame drums and the art of group facilitation.

 

Includes special guest drumming instructors;  Robert Hensley and Frank Lazzaro for African and Middle Eastern drumming.  Includes field trip to beautiful outdoors locations to be inspired by the intersection of Nature and Sound.

Explore vibrational healing within the context of the Tibetan Buddhist Dharma.

Learn the proper use of the tingsha, ganta/dorje and singing bowls as they apply to the altering of consciousness, mental/emotional transformation and the stimulation of physical healing, with special attention to the instruments cultural/historical foundations .

 

We will explore the foundational principals of healing with sound, and learn techniques for sound meditation,

and moving energy with sound.
