The California Institute for Human Science (CIHS) is pleased to announce the formation of a new non-degree program, The CIHS Center for Integral Leadership, and the appointment of Executive Director, David Gruder.
The CIL's founders include (in alphabetical order): Thomas Brophy, Brett Clark, David Gruder, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, James Mattioda, Bryan Rill, Joseph Subbiondo, Hope Umansky, and Rizwan Virk.
The Center for Integral Leadership (CIL) is CIHS's first non-degree training and certification program. It is for leaders, executives, administrators, and entrepreneurs dedicated to elevating their influence without sacrificing their ethics, wellbeing or loved ones, and who seek rigorous innovative training for the future without having to pursue a graduate degree.
The CIL will address leadership dimensions that other programs don’t dare, so leaders can lead at the level of their highest intentions instead of their self-development limitations. It will particularly focus on serving thought leaders in emerging businesses, integrative healthcare, the human potential movement, academia, current & transitioning military, nonprofits, and governance.
