About the Course

Join us for this experiential workshop to build sustained mental resilience and improve ability to manage a high degree of uncertainty and change. Based on a prevention-oriented paradigm of integral health, the workshop will help you learn ways to develop the mind, prevent anxiety and burnout, and improve creativity and collaboration. The session will include experiential exercises to help you integrate and apply knowledge in practical ways. This workshop is a unique opportunity to attend an introductory version of a longer, 4-week mental resilience program that Milena teaches privately.


Learner outcomes:


1. Adopt an integral view to handle a higher degree of uncertainty and change.

2. Apply mindset strategies, process orientation, cognitive-behavioural and emotional regulation tools.

3. Access higher levels of consciousness to solve complex problems.

4. Systematically increase energy levels to optimize performance and prevent burnout.

5. Activate the relaxation response and improve HRV for physical and mental wellbeing.

Your Instructor

Milena Braticevic, PhD


Milena holds a PhD in Integral Health from the California Institute for Human Science. She teaches her programs Building Mental Resilience in Uncertain Times and Psychological Safety at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. Milena’s mental health literacy programs have helped individuals at various organizations and educational institutions build resilient minds and reduce the prevalence of common mental disorders and stigma.
