Milena is a mental health educator with a PhD in Integral Health. She teaches her programs on mental resilience and psychological safety to organizations and educational institutions. Milena has maintained a longstanding relationship with the CIHS community after receiving her degree, always looking for ways to apply consciousness education to mental health and prevention of common mental disorders. Milena has worked with many organizations, including the National Safety Council, Workplace Safety and Prevention Services, American Industrial Hygiene Association and the Association of Social Workers. She is excited about promoting consciousness education through working with CIHS, and creating a new paradigm for mental wellbeing based on integral health.
